“The bed linens and towels seemed quite fresh. The room was a bit grimy --I didn't really want to touch the greasy light switches. Staff were courteous but with poor personal presentation (non-professional and grungy looking clothing, etc. --management should provide company shirts and slacks, informal is ok but should look clean and fresh from desk clerks to kitchen staff). Overall, just barely ok for a very basic night's stay but the price should be about $15-20 less per night to reflect...

“Good price. Comfortable room. Rooms have refrigerator and microwave which saves money because you don't have to eat out. Stayed there 6 nights. It was difficult for me to understand some of what the night clerk was saying during check in due to their accent, but all in all a good experience. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Westcott Mansion!! The home is so beautiful, clean, and wonderfully historically charming. The space felt welcoming and comfortable throughout, and the amenities made the stay even better!The pickleball court was a fun bonus, and the large gazebo created a perfect spot to relax outside. Check-in and check-out was so easy!Overall, it was a relaxing, memorable stay, and we would happily return!!”

Kitchen trash can was completely full from last renter, floors and rugs needed vacuumed, refrigerator needed wiped out, glassware wasn't to clean. Remotes for ceiling fan and " mood lights" didn't work, also directions on how to operate TV's would be helpful for those who don't know how to work " smart TV's". We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, would recommend it, just needs to address the...
